This space is conceived by outlining a long rectangle with a precious, hand-loomed piece of antique white linen, which serves as a walking carpet. The public’s involvement completes the installation as they gather to walk on the white carpet. Beneath it, pieces of coal are placed, covering the same area as the carpet. Participants traverse the linen and alter its colour through their behaviour and movements.
